About

Giving project managers a clear next step, at every stage

Most people trying to move their PM career forward run into the same wall: endless generic advice, certification providers selling the next exam as the answer to everything, and no clear sense of what actually matters at the stage they're at right now. This site exists to close that gap — a straight answer to "what should I actually do next," whichever of the four stages you're in.

That's the whole point of organising everything here by career stage instead of topic. Advice that's right for someone starting out is often wrong for someone running a PMO, and content written to apply to everyone ends up genuinely useful to no one. The goal is for you to leave a page here knowing exactly what to do next, not more confused than when you arrived.

The same standard applies to everything else on the site: templates you can use today rather than just read about, and course recommendations chosen because they're actually worth your time and money — not because they pay the highest commission. That's grounded in real delivery and governance experience, not written by a content farm with no PM background — but this site is built around your next step, not a résumé.

I also write the newsletter this site is built to support — one practical email, no drip-feed course, no daily noise.
